TRUTH BE TOLD LOUNGE
BARSMITH designed the Beverage Program for this new Chef driven avant garde dining and tippling space in Roswell, GA. We also built the inventory system and trained the staff on both prep and execution of cocktails. Additionally, we built their Wine Training Course and trained the staff in traditional wine service.

BARSMITH did Brand Management, Outside Sales, Product Development, and Client Support for this award winning craft distillery based in Macon, GA. We also designed the physical layout & menu as well as trained the staff for the Tasting Room & Cocktail Bar.

We developed, designed, and managed the draft cocktail program for this arena management group based in Macon GA. That's the Macon Amphitheater, Centreplex, and Auditorium!

LAZY SUSAN TAPAS BAR
This global fusion tapas, wine, & cocktail bar was located in Macon from November 2019 to June 2022. BARSMITH designed the physical layout, menu, logos, inventory system, and subscription wine box service.
